Chia Seed Oil
The oil pressed from chia seeds is a quietly excellent product: concentrated plant omega-3, antioxidants, and a texture light enough to use directly on skin.
Cold-pressed: extracted without heat or solvents, preserving the delicate fatty acids and mild, nutty flavour.
Omega-3 rich: one of the richest botanical sources of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which supports heart and brain health.

Ways to use it
Don't heat it – the omega-3s don't survive frying. Add a teaspoon to smoothies, whisk into vinaigrettes, drizzle over porridge, poke bowls or soup just before serving, or pat a few drops onto clean, damp skin as a hydrating facial oil.
