A glorious mix of apples, raisins, currants, sultanas and almonds, which beautifully contrasts with twists of lemon and orange juice, lemon zest and a warming splash of fine cognac. It's all rounded off with a dash of cinnamon and mixed spice to make the perfect filling for your homemade mince pies and any other delicious bakes you might feel inspired to try it with.
