Organic Cashew Nuts Pieces — broken organic cashew kernels for cooking, baking and blending at a lower price per kilo.
Pieces are the same certified organic cashews as our whole kernels, simply broken during shelling — identical flavour for less. They are high in fibre at 8.3 g per 100 g, and 17 g of protein per 100 g makes them a solid source of protein for plant-based cooking. Grown in Vietnam and available in six pack sizes from 250g to a 22.68kg bulk sack.

Why are pieces cheaper? Some kernels break naturally during shelling and grading. They are sorted out and sold at a lower price per kilo — the nut itself is exactly the same.
