Toasted Oats are wholegrain oat flakes ready-toasted with honey – a golden, lightly sweet flake for muesli and granola with no baking needed.
Toasting deepens the flavour, so these oats go straight from the bag into muesli, yoghurt bowls and crumble toppings. They provide 9.5g of protein and 8.5g of fibre per 100g. Note the honey: unlike our plain oats, they suit vegetarians but not vegans.

FAQ
Toasted, jumbo or porridge oats? Toasted oats come ready-flavoured for eating cold or scattering over bowls. For plain oats, choose Jumbo Oats for chewy overnight oats and granola you toast yourself, or Porridge Oats for quick, creamy porridge and baking.
Can I still make porridge with them? Yes – they cook like regular oats and bring a toasty, honeyed note to the bowl.
Are they vegan or gluten free? Neither: they contain honey, and they are not certified gluten free. For certified oats see Organic Gluten Free Porridge Oats.
