Floradix Liquid Iron & Vitamin Formula is a liquid food supplement that combines iron from ferrous gluconate with vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and C, in a base of herbal extracts and fruit juice concentrates. Measure each dose with the cap provided and take it on an empty stomach, about 30 minutes before a meal. At the adult dose of 20ml a day, a 250ml bottle lasts about 12 days.
A 20ml daily dose provides 15mg of iron (107% NRV), with vitamins B2 (129%), B6 (57%), B12 (48%) and C (20%). Iron, vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients: Aqueous Herbal Extract (54%) from: Carrot Root, Nettle Leaf, Spinach Leaf, Couch Grass Rhizome, Fennel Fruit, Brown Alga, Roselle Flower. Mixture of Fruit Juice Concentrates and Fruit Juices (29%) of: Pear, Grape, Blackcurrant, Blackberry, Cherry, Orange, Red Beet, Lemon, with Carob Extract, Natural Flavour, Apple Extract. Aqueous Yeast Extract, Honey, Rosehip Juice Concentrate (0.9%), Ferrous Gluconate (Iron), L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Wheat Germ Extract, Natural Flavours, Thiamin Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin 5'-Phosphate, Sodium (Vitamin B2), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).
Directions: Shake the bottle well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle; use the measuring cap provided. Take on an empty stomach, approx. 30 minutes before a meal. Adults and children from 12 years: 10ml twice daily. Children 6-11 years: 10ml once daily. Children 3-5 years: 5ml once daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Important: This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Seek medical advice from a qualified health care professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or are taking medication of any kind.
Storage: Store the unopened bottle in a cool, dry place (5-25°C). Once opened, close the bottle after every use, store upright in the refrigerator and consume within 4 weeks.
