One more summertime pizza to make at home! This pizza recipe features pears, walnuts, cashew and fresh rocket salad leaves, mixed with a bit of sweetness of agave. Top it with vegan blue cheese for an extra sophisticated flavour. Use our Easy pizza dough recipe for the base.

organic dried thyme (1-2 tbsp)

Directions
Use previously prepared pizza dough. (check our recipe)
Heat up the oven to 220C degrees.
Divide the dough in 2 portions. On a floured surfaced, roll the dough. You can choose the shape of your pizza - round or squared.
Add small pieces of mozzarella (we use vegan mozzarella), vegan blue cheese, thinly cut slices of pear, walnuts, cashew, olives, sprinkle with salt and pepper, thyme, a little bit of agave and olive oil.
Bake it on a large tray (use baking paper) for 10-15 min. Keep an eye on your pizza - it may cook faster or needs a bit least or more time (depends on the oven).
When ready, take it out from the oven, top it with a rocket salad leaves and drizzle with olive oil. You can also sprinkle it with some extra dried thyme.
